omfg ha thats so awkward it happened at megacon i was cosplay a rare hetalia outfit and my group was adventure time and when people would ask for their picture i would scoot out of the picture and just watched but some photographers were like “NO GET BACK HERE AND GET IN THE PICTURE” and i just silently freaked out and was like “but im not from adventure time…”
Same thing happens to me all the time. Like, I’m always on the fence about this. I love being in pics with people from the same series (i.e. Homestuck, D.Gray-Man, etc.) and I love capturing multiple cosplays in pics when I take pics, but I tend to separate them out a lot.
It kinda freaks me out when people want me in pictures with others that aren’t from the same series. It just looks odd to me?
I’ve had friends who cosplayed from completely different things that wanted pics with me when I was from another series, and it always struck me as odd. I tend to just slink back because it makes me feel really, really awkward. Cause I’m like “I’m not from Vampire Knight or Kingdom Heart or…” and the list goes on xD
